Resources
No matter who you are, there are people at GW and in the community who want to help you. You don’t have to go through this by yourself. Whether you are someone who has directly experienced sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating or domestic violence, or stalking; someone who has been reported to have perpetrated conduct; or a friend or parent supporting someone who has experienced an incident, the Title IX Office and other on- and off-campus resources are available to provide support and get you the help you need.
On-Campus Resources
GW offers a variety of on-campus resources to impacted members of the university community, including confidential, private, and emergency resources to help individuals explore all potential reporting and support options.
Community Resources
Members of the university community may also obtain assistance and information from local organizations not affiliated with the university.
National Resources
In addition to on-campus and community resources, there are several national organizations that help support individuals who have experienced sexual harassment.
Holiday Resources
For many people, the holidays are regarded as a time for togetherness and celebration. However, for many others, the holidays may involve elevated stress, confronting familial trauma, or feelings of loneliness. Find resources to help you navigate the holiday season.
