Faculty & Staff Support

Title IX protects faculty and staff from all forms of sex discrimination, including, but not limited to, sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, and stalking. Oftentimes, when employees think of Title IX, they only think about their reporting obligations if a student discloses and incident of sex discrimination to them.

However, it is important to remember, that Title IX protects everyone affiliated with the university, including faculty and staff.

If you or a colleague have experienced a form of sex discrimination, the Title IX Office is available to support you. Please visit our Services and Resources pages to learn more about options for support.
