Title IX applies to students, faculty, staff, volunteers, visitors, vendors, alumni, independent contractors, individuals attempting to participate in university programs and activities, and others.
You can also submit a report without naming the person who has caused harm, or if you do not know their identity.
To report an incident of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, dating or domestic violence, or stalking please complete this form.
