GW's Title IX Office invites you to a panel discussion on internet safety, abuse, and scams, featuring guest speakers from the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Both organizations will share information about their services, with a focus on the FTC's work addressing stalkerware and NNEDV's Safety Net Project. The panelists will provide insight into what online abuse and online scams look like in 2021, safety steps students can take and ways to recognize harmful content online, and resources on-campus and in the community.
